Rapid Ice & Water Station

My old top-loading water dispenser broke, so I bought this 3-in-1 ice maker and hot/cold water dispenser about two months ago. Since then, it has become the most popular appliance in our home. We use the hot water feature every morning to make coffee or hot chocolate. When my kids come home from school, they love adding fresh ice to their juice, and I always grab a bottle of ice-cold water to take with me to the gym.What I appreciate most is its ability to make ice continuously without needing to refill water manually. It's convenient, reliable, and keeps up with our daily needs. During the holiday season when we host parties, everyone can always find a feature they enjoy—whether it is hot water for tea, cold water, or plenty of ice for their favorite drinks. With warmer weather—and summer—on the way, we're looking forward to using it even more.Just one tip: I do cleaning of its top and inside cold water tanks every month. That helps keep water tasting fresh.

The first unit that we received from Amazon was broken when we set it up. Its would not cool water or make ice. Following the troubleshooting guide that was included with the unit we were instructed to reach out the company for support.The company was very responsive to our issue and shipped a new unit to us. The new unit is setup now and working as intended. We have made ice and cooled water. We have not tried the heating feature yet as the main purpose was ice and cold water. The size is perfect for placing on a small table and it is very easy to use. We have not noticed any issues with the taste of the water and the noise level is not too bad when making ice and cooling water.I would definitely recommend this company as they were very quick and responsive with the original broken unit and worked hard to make this right

I can fill my tumbler in just 10 minutes, and the built-in storage holds up to 4 lbs—more than enough for our family.• Hot Water Dispensing – Perfect for making coffee or tea in the morning and switching to cold drinks later in the day.• Some reviews mention bad taste in the water of the machine. But all of my family members did not see that issue.Cons:• The ice chamber isn't refrigerated, so ice will gradually melt and recycle back into the system when it is powered off. As long as the ice making function is on, it will continously make ice. Not a major issue, but worth noting.Overall:This is an excellent 3-in-1 appliance—space-saving, efficient, and stylish. Highly recommended for small homes, offices, or anyone looking for a multifunctional water and ice solution.

I have had several ice makers from different brands and pros of this one include: closed system to keep it sanitary, heated water, ice, and cold water dispensing, nice compact size and look, and possibility of putting 5 gallon bottle for constantly available hydration. It holds a fair amount of ice for coolers and cold plunges etc, but not as much as the 44 lbs per day I had with a different version but I like the closed system to keep kids hands, dust etc. out. I had an issue with an error light approximately a year after we purchased it and customer service was TOP NOTCH. Walked me through repair steps and then sent a new unit with packaging for return during holiday season.

I do recommend giving it a full clean and flush before the first use — it helped everything taste right from the start.One of the main things I appreciate is that it draws water directly from a standard bottle without needing to lift anything. Swapping bottles is easy and there’s no risk of spilling, which is something I’ve dealt with on other dispensers.The ice speed is genuinely faster than my previous countertop ice maker. It makes both regular bullet ice and shaved ice with one touch, which is great for drinks, coffee, and even cold snacks like iced fruit or seafood. It also stores up to about 4 lbs of ice, so I rarely run out during use.I’ve tried it indoors and outdoors, and I actually plan to use it for future vending/catering jobs because the quick ice production and simple bottle changes make it practical on the go.A lot of people mention noise, but personally I don’t think it’s loud. The compressor has a normal hum and the crusher makes more sound when shaving ice, but nothing excessive. I also didn’t notice any plastic taste in the cold water after cleaning it.Overall, it’s been a convenient machine for both daily home use and work setups.
